Je vous propose des ateliers créatifs autour du carnet, un espace personnel où se rencontrent aquarelle, collage, images, mots et petits fragments du quotidien.
Page après page, je vous accompagne pour expérimenter, trouver votre propre façon de créer et laisser libre cours à votre imagination. Pas besoin de savoir, dessiner ou peindre: ici il n'est pas question de faire du "beau" ou du "parfait", mais d'oser essayer et de prendre plaisir à créer.
Chacun avance à son rythme, selon ses envies et sa sensibilité, dans une atmosphère douce, sans jugement.
Les séances peuvent être individuelles ou collectives pour bénéficier d'un accompagnement personnalisé ou partager le plaisir de créer ensemble.

The journal, a space for creating
I offer creative workshops centered around the journal, a personal space where watercolor, collage, images, words, and small fragments of everyday life come together.
Page after page, I guide you as you experiment, find your own way of creating, and give free rein to your imagination. There’s no need to know how to draw or paint. Here it’s not about making something “beautiful” or “perfect,” but about daring to try and enjoying the act of creating.
Everyone moves at their own pace, following their wishes and sensitivity, in a gentle, non-judgmental atmosphere.
Sessions can be individual or in groups, so you can benefit from personalized guidance or share the joy of creating together.
